Privacy

We collect what we need to run classes safely and nothing more. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

When you enrol a child we collect their name, date of birth, any allergies or medical notes you choose to share, an emergency contact, who is allowed to collect them, and whether you permit photographs.

This information exists so that an instructor can keep your child safe. It is visible only to you and to studio staff. It is never used for marketing and is never shared with third parties.

Children do not create accounts and cannot post anything on this site. All accounts belong to adults.

We only photograph children whose parent or guardian has given written permission, and a child without permission on file is never included in a photo we post.

Photographs appear only in the members-only community area, behind a sign-in. You can withdraw permission at any time and the photos come down immediately.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's systems and never touch our servers, so we never see or store them. We keep a record of what you bought and the amount.

We use emailed sign-in links rather than passwords, so there is no password for us to store or for anyone to steal. Sign-in links are single-use and expire after 30 minutes.

We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to understand which pages people find useful. It does not track individuals across other websites and does not build advertising profiles.

We keep enrolment and purchase records while your family is active with us and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete anything that is not legally required to be kept.
