Policies

Cancel at least 48 hours before a class starts and we will issue account credit. Inside 48 hours we can move you to another session when space allows, but the fee is non-refundable.

If we close for weather or an instructor emergency, you receive account credit for the session.

Club memberships can be cancelled anytime and stop at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months or issue prorated refunds.

Additional children enrolled in the same club receive 50% off monthly fees.

The 50% deposit reserves your date. Cancel more than 14 days before your booking and the deposit is returned in full. Inside 14 days, a 20% booking cancellation fee is deducted from the deposit and the balance is returned.

The deposit is 50% of the booking total. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. Cancelling inside 14 days incurs a 20% booking cancellation fee, taken from the deposited amount.

Party times begin at 1 p.m. on Saturdays. Booking is done on the website only and is based on availability. Additional time is 50 dollars per hour and must be scheduled at the time of booking to prevent overlap.

An adult does not need to remain in the studio for drop-off programs. A parent or guardian completes enrollment and signs the student in and out. Students may stay up to two hours at a time; an adult check-in is required before additional studio time. For parented classes, the adult who brings the child stays for the session.

For drop-off programs, a parent or guardian must complete enrollment and sign their child in and out in person. We release a child only to the guardian or to someone named on that child's authorized pickup list, so please add anyone who may collect them before the first session. Please arrive for pickup by the end of the session — if you are running late, call the studio so we know. Children are not left unsupervised at any point, and we cannot supervise a child outside their booked session time.

Ypsilanti Community Schools students receive 20% off classes and monthly memberships. Proof of current YCS enrollment may be requested.

15% off the second child enrolled in the same session.

Discounts do not stack; the larger discount applies.

We only photograph children whose parent or guardian has given written permission, and a child without permission on file is never included in a photo we post.

Photo permission is recorded per child and can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing permission removes that child's photos from the community area immediately. Read the full photo & video release.

We want the studio to feel welcoming to everyone. We may ask a guest to step away from an activity, or to leave, if behaviour is unsafe or unkind to other makers.

Tools and materials are age-appropriate and supervised. Let us know about allergies or accommodations when you book so we can plan properly.
